Do Not Trust In Fools – Deceitful Preachers

Yes, Do Not Trust In Them!

They are Profligates - Marketing their wares like Auctioneers and MLM Marketers.
And they are Extremely Dodgy like Shonky Second-Hand Car Dealers and Mechanics.
They promise to Fix Your Pocket but in reality they Mess with Your Pocket.
They Prey on the Unwise - they like it when people are gullible (easily led)
sadly, that's the Truth Friends, please Read On for Your Protection.
This is Sure to make you Wiser!!!

They are Forfeiting their Eternity and if you follow their Sinful Ways (their appetite for Money and Worldly prosperity) you will Forfeit Your Eternity. The Enemy has Seduced them – don’t let them Seduce you anymore. Rest Assured, their End is Swift Destruction. They have even told you things like Their Ground is Better Ground to Sow (Your Money) in than Giving to the Poor and Needy
they tell you that you will Reap a 100 Fold instead of 30 or 60 – that's an Absolute Outrage!

Can’t you see the Carnality of these “Preachers?” they’re a Shameful Bunch.
They’re so obvious really – sometimes it sounds like an Auction as they peddle their wares (of deception) to the Highest Bidders.
Does that sound familiar? Don’t let it be You – You need to be Out of there – Jesus calls them Hirelings.

The Context of this Verse is Kingdom Related Parables in Mark 4
Jesus Parable of the Sower Explained

13 Then He said to them, “Do you not understand this parable? How then will you understand all the parables? 14 The Sower sows the Word. 15 These are those beside the path, where the word is sown. But when they hear, Satan comes immediately and takes away the word which is sown in their hearts. 16 Others, likewise, are seed sown on rocky ground, who, when they hear the word, immediately receive it with gladness, 17 but have no root in themselves, and so endure for a time. Afterward, when affliction or persecution rises for the word’s sake, immediately they fall away. 18 And others are seed sown among thorns, the ones who hear the word. 19 But the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things entering in choke the word, and it proves unfruitful20 Still others are seed sown on Good Ground, those who hear the Word, and receive it, and bear fruit: thirty, sixty, or a hundred times as much.”
MEV (Modern English Version)

13 Then Jesus said to them, “Don’t you understand this story? Then how will you understand any stories of this kind? 14 The seed the Farmer plants is God’s Message. 15 What is seed scattered on a path like? The message is planted. The people hear the message. Then Satan comes. He takes away the message that was planted in them16 And what is seed scattered on rocky places like? The people hear the message. At once they receive it with joy. 17 But they have no roots. So they last only a short time. They quickly fall away from the faith when trouble or suffering comes because of the message. 18 And what is seed scattered among thorns like? The people hear the message. 19 But then the worries of this life come to them. Wealth comes with its false promises. The people also long for other things. All of these are the kinds of things that crowd out the message. They keep it from producing fruit. 20 And what is seed scattered on Good Soil like? The people hear the message.
They accept it. They produce a good crop 30, 60, or even 100 times more than the farmer planted.”
NIRV (New International Reader's Version)

YES, NO MENTION OF MONEY HERE

If you read the other Parables in this Chapter, you will find ALL the Parables there to be KINGDOM RELATED having Nothing to do with Riches OR Prosperity. To the Contrary, Jesus tells us those kind of desires will Crowd Out His Precious Words (the real ones) in our hearts and lives.

As for “Partnering with Preachers” is concerned, they have Twisted the Apostle Paul’s Words to their gain.
You should hear what he really said:
10 The Lord has made me very grateful that at last you have thought about me once again. Actually, you were thinking about me all along, but you didn’t have any chance to show it. 11 I am not complaining about having too little. I have learned to be satisfied with whatever I have.
12 I know what it is to be poor or to have plenty, and I have lived under all kinds of conditions. I know what it means to be full or to be hungry,
to have too much or too little. 13 Christ gives me the strength to face anything.
14 It was good of you to help me when I was having such a hard time.
(Philippians 4:10-14 CEV)

10 How I praise the Lord that you are concerned about me again. I know you have always been concerned for me, but you didn’t have the chance to help me. 11 Not that I was ever in need, for I have learned how to be content with whatever I have. 12 I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little.
13 For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength. 14 Even so, you have done well to share with me in my present difficulty.
(Philippians 4:10-14 NLT)

Notice Paul said when it got Hard, they stepped in and Helped him?
(It wasn't a Weekly or Monthly arrangement)

Truly, I think we have to ask ourselves if they are quoting those Verses that far Out of Context, can we really trust them for Preaching and Teaching us other Scriptures?

No, indeed not, I think not because Jesus did give us Principles like:
"A Little Leaven, Leavens the Whole Loaf"
"You can't Serve Two Masters" (God and Money)
"To Love The Lord with ALL our Heart, Mind and Strength"

Here is a short testimony of a Sincere Christian who stopped meddling with Scriptures:
As you could guess, when I stopped trying to “twist” the teachings of Jesus, I got a radically different picture of what it really means
to be a Follower of Jesus. Absolutely no resemblance to what I see in Church Circles Today.

Notice in both Translations of Philippians 4 above (or All translations) Paul was thanking them for their Partnering Spirit,
NOT asking, appealing, nagging, pressuring or badgering them to Become Partners!?

(Nothing about a Ravenous Income; Upkeep for Church Buildings; Televangelists Mansions or Limos)
Paul even Worked here and there as a Tent Maker for his own Income, in Contrast to the Preachers Today (Pastors and Evangelists) and in truth it has been found that many Christians Opt to be Pastors when they can't find Work OR they can "Be their own Boss" believe it or not.

A Far-Cry from what we see in Ephesians 4
In fact, Paul said that Jesus Calls SOME to be Pastors and Evangelists so "we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there
by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of people, by craftiness in deceitful scheming".....
NO, Not to Be Crafty but to Keep us Away from such!

And also notice the Philippian's Gift (not offering) was an Occasional Thing they did for Paul, not a Regular Thing!?

Yes, we need to Repent of “coming into their influence” and not reading our Scriptures closely.
They are there for our Guidance AND Protection!

(Matthew 5:7)

That's a Lot Kinder than those Televangelists are Treating You!

Together with helping each other, like they do in some House Churches – when they pool together
to meet a genuine need – THIS is the New Testament way, The Lord has Clearly ordained.

Remember the words of the apostle John
Love for Jesus was his Priority – Not Money.

“Beloved, I wish that you prosper and be in Health even as your souls prosper
(3 John 1:2)
Notice, John's emphasis was on Your Souls Prospering - not getting distracted with Wealth?

Both Paul and John speak about a different prosperity –
one that is balanced, and won’t lead your hearts astray.
The Scriptures have much to say about the “Deceitfulness of Riches”
Down with the House of the Wicked – don’t Trust in Fools!

Peter also speaks of Pauls Counsel to us:
14-16 So, my dear Friends, since this is what you have to look forward to, do your very best to be found living at your best, in purity and peace. Interpret our Master’s patient restraint for what it is: Salvation. Our good brother Paul, who was given Much Wisdom in these matters, refers to this in all his letters, and has written you essentially the same thing. Some things he writes are difficult to understand. Irresponsible people who don’t know what they are talking about twist them every which way. They do it to the rest of the Scriptures, too, destroying themselves as they do it.

17-18 But you, Friends, are well-warned. Be on guard lest you lose your footing and get swept off your feet by these Lawless and loose-talking Teachers. Grow in Grace and Understanding of our Master and Savior, Jesus Christ.
(2 Peter 3:15-18 Message Translation)

While we're at it, concerning the PROSPERITY GOSPEL, did you know that Creflo Dollar was misled by Kenneth Copeland who was misled by Kenneth Haigin who was misled by Oral Roberts about those matters? And the Word of Faith Moment commonly referred to as the
"Blab and Grab" Teaching hinges on Their Teachings - NOT the New Testament Teachings of Peter, John and Paul. They spoke of Hirelings that Peddle such Teachings as did JESUS? and He did give us the Parable about BUILDING OUR HOUSE (Our Spiritual Walk with HIM) on His Words (undefiled) not Crummy Preacher's words. He said the following:

Matthew 7:24-27 ESV - Build Your House on the Rock
Build Your House on the Rock - “Everyone then who hears these Words of Mine
and Does Them will be like a Wise Man who Built his House on the Rock."

BE CAREFUL OF PREACHER'S WORDS THAT ARE LIKE SHIFTING SAND
Stay Well Away!!!
